LG has some very nice anti-burn in tech that other manufacturers dont have. Most OLEDs that arent LG will burn in playing video games, especially ones with lots of red. Ah the confirms my suspicion. Lg has better burn in tech. Highly recommend if you are going to use an oled as a gaming monitor.

Burn in chances I've used a lot of Samsung devices with AMOLED and I have never experienced screen burn in. I used to work in the mobile industry and I have seen a lot of devices with burn in, but thats typically because they leave their screen timeout settings at 10+ minutes. The AOD ever-so-slightly moves around to prevent burn in. Absolutely hammered it with Destiny 2 and Warzone, and when i say hammered i'm talking lockdown 6-8 hours a day, 5 day a week. Screen is like the day I bought it not a wiff of burn in. I love it, cant go back now, just wish they did a high refresh version, I know Samsung have a 90hz oled in the works but that's only 14inch as far as I know. Idesmi. •. On Windows they offer ASUS OLED Care, which should help to mitigate issues with the OLED display. "Pixel shift" slightly moves pixels during usage. It is also recommended to hide the Windows toolbar by default, and set the screen timeout time to very low (e.g 2min). meenizee. .
