While this iteration of the game went more towards action over horror more than the 2nd game did, Dead Space 3 is still a ton of fun to play. The co-op mode is way more fun than I expected and I thoroughly enjoyed playing it this way. Unfortunately though, this game does use EA Play as a third-party DRM.

As for the game at hand, one of the biggest and most obvious changes with Dead Space 3 is the addition of a co-op partner. There was a report from this summer that suggested EA research found that

Hello, I mostly use Steam for my games but have several with Origin. My only problem with origin is that i have no friends on there server so it makes playing co op games somewhat difficult. Anyways Im looking for a dead space 3 partner, Im definitely trying to get all the collectibles and stuff but dont really expect to do it in one shot.
