So I looked into it a bit more and it turns out it's a 360 glitch not an Xbox One glitch, I didn't even realize horizon 2 was on 360 let alone that I was in the wrong board. Any way, SuperBikerBaz got step 2 a little wrong. You only need to have less then how much the cost of fast travel is, which can be more than 6,000.
