just received my Fenix 5 sapphire edition today. Got it all set up and now for whatever reason the back button is not responding. Anyone have any ideas? Have had the watch 2 days. Day 1 experienced the swim/no distance problem. Now today, the middle button the left side does not work at all. Press and press and no click, no response from the watch. Bottom left button clicks, works fine. Now can't access a lot of the watch's functions. After 2 days, very disappointed given this is a very pricey

Hi guys. I realize this is for the Fenix 5 plus but there is no longer a page for the Fenix 3. My Fenix 3 was working perfectly until yesterday. There was no 'incident' that caused this to change - it was low on battery, I figured that was why it did this at first. The first symptom was the buttons stopped responding. Wipe the device using a cloth dampened with a mild detergent solution. Wipe it dry. After cleaning, allow the device to dry completely.

Fenix 7x Light/Power button not working. My Fenix 7x light button is not working at all. I can't even force a restart to see if a glitch on the watch. The button feels perfectly fine.
